Expressions of interest – employment as a solicitor

Townsville Community Law Inc seeks expressions of interest in full-time employment as a solicitor on a 12-month temporary fixed-term basis.

The successful applicant will provide legal assistance services across several areas of law including family law, domestic and family violence, social security, coronial inquests,  consumer protection, insurance, elder abuse and financial exploitation, human rights, and general civil law.

This position is a full time (35 hour work week) fixed-term appointment for twelve (12) months.

After the closing date, we will shortlist applicants for interview. Candidates who are shortlisted for interview can expect to be asked interview questions based on Duty Statement mandatory and desirable qualifications, position duties and responsibilities, and any other relevant matters mentioned in the Duty Statement.
