Employment Opportunity – Management Assistant

Townsville Community Law Inc seeks to employ a Management Assistant.

Reporting to the Director, the successful applicant will undertake a range of duties including receiving accounts payable and processing tax invoices for payment using MYOB, issuing tax invoices, processing wages and salary sacrifice payments, filing financial records, liaising with suppliers, assisting with general office duties, purchasing stationery and office supplies, and other administrative and office duties.

This position is full-time (but applicants are invited to propose other arrangements, including part-time hours or jobshare) on a twelve (12) month temporary fixed-term basis. The position is broadbanded across Levels 1 and 2 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 ($26.59-$38.15 per hour, based on our full-time maximum 35 hour work week).
