Townsville Community Law Inc seeks to employ a Management Assistant.
Reporting to the Director, the successful applicant will undertake a range of duties including receiving accounts payable and processing tax invoices for payment using MYOB, issuing tax invoices, processing wages and salary sacrifice payments, filing financial records, liaising with suppliers, assisting with general office duties, purchasing stationery and office supplies, and other administrative and office duties.
This position is part-time (21 hours a week/42 hours a fortnight) on a twelve (12) month temporary fixed-term basis. The position is broadbanded between Levels 1 and 2 ($25.14-$36.07 per hour, based on our maximum 35 hour work week) of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
